~ Pictage is my professional photographer's printing company. They provide me with any easy and convenient way for me and my clients to order professional prints at any time and anywhere there is internet access.
What are Pictage Events?
~ Weddings, portraits and special events whose images have been uploaded to Pictage by Fleur Graphic.
How Does Pictage Work?
~ When a photography session is booked, I create an event on Pictage, just for you. Your event will be given a name and event number. If you have more than one event scheduled, such as a wedding and engagement session, you will have more than one event on Pictage.
~ Once your event is created, you and your guests, family and friends may pre-register. They must pre-register to all of your events, if they wish to view them all.
~ All of Fleur Graphic's photography sessions (excluding Fleur Graphic's "Event" sessions) are first released to the "owner" or booking client. The owner, in this case, has the ability to block other guests, family and friends from viewing specific photographs. It is recommended that the owner creates a folder of their favorite images from the event for their guests to view, and to add any email addresses of friends and family that have not yet pre-registered.
~ Most events have time sensitive special deals that start as soon as the event is released to the owner, so it is important for the owner of the event to be prompt in releasing the event to guests, family and friends.
~ All who are registered to the event on Pictage may begin purchasing and viewing photographs from your event, once the owner has released the event.
~ Once the event is released to the owner or anyone registered to the event, it will remain listed for an initial three month period.
~ Anyone who has not pre-registered to the event may still register, even after the event has been released.
What is Pre-registration?
~ Pre-registration is considered to be registration to the event, before an event is released by the photographer. If the event is first released by the photographer to the owner, then pre-registration is considered to be registration to the event, before the owner releases it to the guests, family and friends. The owner has the ability to add emails of guest, family and friends before they release it to them.
~ Those who are pre-registered to an event receive a credit on their account toward the purchase of prints. Sorry, once the event is released, credits are no longer available. |
